Description
The Bellman Visit Smoke Alarm Transmitter is mounted on the ceiling, just like ordinary smoke alarms. In case of a fire, the smoke activates the transmitter, which sends a radio signal to the Bellman Visit receivers (see related items). You are then alerted by sound, lights and even by vibration (if you have a bed shaker as part of your alert system.)
The transmitter may be taken traveling along with a Visit Receiver for alerting in a hotel room. Mounting bracket included. Great for the deaf and hearing impaired. Range is 98ft. Uses (1) 9V battery, lasts about 1 year and sends a signal to receivers to alert of a weak battery. Dimensions: 5 x 1.9. 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. Color: White.
