Bisolvon is used for occasional short-term coughs with tenacious mucus. Bisolvon is considered to dissolve tough mucus so that it becomes thinner and thus easier to cough up. From 6 years.

Dosage & use

Usual dose for adults and children over 12 years:
5 ml 3 times daily.

Usual dose for children 6-12 years:
2.5 ml 3 times daily.

For children under 6 years of age, Bisolvon oral solution 0.8 mg/ml is recommended.

If there is no improvement within two weeks, a doctor should be contacted. Note that Bisolvon may initially increase the secretion of mucus in the airways
Content

Active substance: Bromhexine hydrochloride 1.6 mg/ml. Other ingredients: Purified water, liquid maltitol, sucralose, benzoic acid (preservative E 210), levomenthol and flavorings (cherry and chocolate).
