Elexir Vitamin D3 is a food supplement that contains 2500 IU (62.5 µg, 1250% of the DRI, Daily Reference Intake) of Vitamin D3 per capsule. Vitamin D3 is in a base of coconut oil for the best possible absorption.

Vitamin D3 is formed in the skin when it is exposed to sunlight, and since the sun is not high enough in the Nordic region during most of the year and day, a lack of vitamin D is common.
You can now also buy vitamin D3 in a climate-friendly packaging of paper from FSC-certified paper raw material. Can be used as a refill for your cans.

Recommended intake for adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal. Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
