Adults and the elderly: 1 tablet 3 times daily.

1 tablet contains: 40-73 mg extract from Hypericum perforatum L. (St. John's wort), herb, corresponding to approx. 0.3-1.3 g fresh or 0.13-0.29 g dried herb.
