Mild to moderate pain and fever in colds.
Usual dose for adults and children over 12 years of age:
1 tablet (400 mg) as a single dose or 2-3 times per day, but no more than 3 tablets (1200 mg) per day. More than 1 tablet (400 mg) at a time does not provide a better pain-relieving effect.
If the condition has not improved within 5 days, consult a doctor.

Menstrual pains.
Usual dose for adults and children over 12 years:
1 tablet (400 mg) 1-3 times per day as needed. Take the medicine as early as possible at the start of menstruation, then the effect will be better.

Rheumatic diseases.
The dose must be determined by a doctor.

Ipren tablet is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Then choose a child-friendly form of Ipren, e.gIpren oral suspension .

Ipren should not be used by people with an increased risk of bleeding, stomach ulcers or duodenal ulcers or who have previously had recurrent stomach ulcers or bleeding, severe heart, liver or kidney disease.
