Temporary mild to moderate pain and fever in cold

1 capsule of 400 mg as a single dose or if necessary 3 times a day with 4-6 hour intervals. Maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 capsules (1,200 mg). More than 1 capsule (400 mg) at a time does not provide a better pain-relieving effect.

Contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 3 days in the case of fever and within 5 days in the case of pain.

Menstrual pain
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (=40 kg): 1 capsule of 400 mg 1-3 times per day if necessary at 4-6 hour intervals.

Maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 capsules (1,200 mg). Take the medicine as early as possible at the start of menstruation, then the effect will be better. More than 1 capsule (400 mg) at a time does not provide a better pain-relieving effect.

The capsules should be taken together with liquid and should be swallowed whole. Iprensa can be taken with food and drink. Iprensa works faster if the capsule is taken on an empty stomach.

Iprensa soft capsules 400 mg are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Then choose a child-friendly form of Ipren, e.g. Ipren oral suspension .
