|Dosage & use||
You can rinse as often as you like, but it is practical to rinse 1-3 times a day with at least 2 rinses in each nostril at each rinse. Use water at body temperature for a pleasant rinse.
Never rinse with regular tap water. It stings and is uncomfortable. Use a saline solution with 0.9% sodium chloride.
There are special bags with completely pure salt (Nasaline Salt) where a bag of salt is stirred into 250 ml of clean (drinkable) water. You can also stir a teaspoon of ordinary table salt (table salt, sodium chloride) into half a liter of body-warm clean (drinkable) water.
The manufacturer recommends that you replace your Nasaline nasal rinse after 3 months of use. This is to prevent bacteria from forming in the nasal rinse, which can happen with prolonged use.
