Sodium chloride Braun is an isotonic and pyrogen-free saline solution for cleaning and flushing instruments, wounds or eyes, for example.

The salt content of the solution corresponds to the body’s own salt balance (called isotonic or physiological salt solution) and significantly reduces the stinging sensation that tap water gives when washing the eyes.

Sodium chloride is used for example:
  • For cleaning wounds and burns.
  • For mechanical cleaning of eyes.
  • For moistening compresses.
  • For flushing bladder catheters.
  • For flushing and cleaning in stoma.
  • For humidifiers.
  • For rinsing instruments.
  • For intra- and post-operative

Use as needed.

Do not use for infusion. Use only if the cap is unbroken and the liquid is clear.
Opened packages must not be saved. Any remaining liquid must be discarded.
