Dosage & use | You should take the tablets as early as possible during a migraine attack, although they should be effective regardless of when they are taken during the attack. Do not take these tablets to prevent a migraine attack. Swallow the tablets whole with a little water. For adults aged 18 and over. Usual dose is one 50 mg tablet. Maximum 2 tablets per day. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take more than 2 tablets during the same migraine attack. If the migraine symptoms decrease after you take the first tablet, but then return, you can take a second tablet within 24 hours. You must wait at least 2 hours after taking the first tablet before you can take the second tablet. Not recommended for people over 65 years of age. |
