Zyrlex can be used in adults and children from 6 years of age for temporary allergic symptoms such as red, watery and itchy eyes as well as runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing. The allergic problems can be caused by, among other things, pollen, fur animals, mites or dust.

Dosage & use

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
10 mg once daily as 1 tablet.

Children between 6 and 12 years:
5 mg 2 times daily as ½ tablet 2 times daily.

If you need to use Zyrlex for longer than 14 days, you should contact a doctor to rule out a more serious cause of the symptoms.
Content

The active substance in Zyrlex is cetirizine dihydrochloride. 1 film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of cetirizine dihydrochloride.

Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, LACTOSE monohydrate, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), colloidal anhydrous silica and titanium dioxide (E 171).
